Since the launch of DISCAsiaPlus, Daniel has trained over 800 organizational leaders, heads of departments, HR professionals, trainers, and counselors, equipping them to use and administer the system effectively. His expertise lies in making personality profiling practical and easy to apply in real- world organizational contexts. One of the defining features of the DISCAsiaPlus system is its groundbreaking integration of Emotional Response metrics, which provide insights into an individual’s mental well-being.
