Her expertise extended to cross-cultural adjustment, soft skills development, and management training. Transitioning from HR, she established her own counselling practice, focusing on issues such as depression, anxiety, grief, career guidance, and mid- life transitions. With her wealth of experience in both corporate and counselling spheres, Lilian brings unique insights and a holistic perspective to her sessions. What is the value of this course?

Once you are certified, you are authorised to run your own workshops and profile people. You can get access to the system portal and manage all your profiling projects. Of course, you can charge people for the profiling and interpretation services offered.

Will I get a certificate after this course?

Two e-certificates will be issued to successful participants:

  • Statement of Achievement Leadership Development HRS-PDV-4028-1.1 TSC under Environmental Skills Framework
  • Certification of Achievement issued by Tertiary Infotech Pte Ltd which is the ATO.
