The science and art of working with people and teams is an important lifeskill that any employer, employee, counsellor and educator needs to learn. When we are able to understand the team’s behavioural tendencies and their emotional responses, it allows us to understand the person/team we are dealing with; what makes him/them tick and what ticks him/them off. We are able to decipher a person’s motivations and dislikes, strengths and potential risks and some of the basic assumptions we make about a person/team. This knowledge opens up the gateway to lead, manage, coach, mentor, communicate and motivate our team leading to an increased engagement and raised satisfaction.

What is the value of this course?

Once you are certified, you are authorised to run your own workshops and profile people. You can get access to the system portal and manage all your profiling projects. Of course, you can charge people for the profiling and interpretation services offered.

Will I get a certificate after this course?

We issue certificates of completion certifying you as “Certified Human Behaviour Consultant” when you successfully complete the course requirements. The certificate is issued by “Management Centre of Asia Pte Ltd”.

Terms & Conditions

Early Bird

Participants who register and pay in full before 4 weeks of course start date are eligible for the early bird incentive. They will receive 2 complimentary advanced reports worth S$69.00 each.

Refund Policy

  • Payment must be made to confirm seat
  • Full refund is available if a written withdrawal is received more than 30 days prior to the start of course.
  • 75% refund is available if a written withdrawal is received less than 30 days and more than 15 days prior to the start of course.
  • 50% refund is available if a written withdrawal is received less than 15 days and more than 10 days prior to the start of course.
  • No refund is available if written withdrawal occurs with less than 7 days prior to the start of course.
  • Date and time are referenced to Singapore’s time zone

Cancellation/Reschedule of Course

Instructor-led classes are student-enrolment dependent. The required minimum student enrolment is six (6) participants for instructor-led classes. The training company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the scheduled course. The training company is not liable for any expenses incurred due to class re-scheduling or cancellation.

A one-time rescheduling by participants is permitted. A rescheduled course must occur within 4 months from original course date. All course fees are forfeited by the registrant if a replacement course has not been attended within the 4-month period.
